The Member Portal is your hub for SoB membership and members-only information.  Follow the instructions below to log in, join, or renew.

How to Use the Member Portal

First-time Member Portal users:


If you are a current or former SoB member or Almanack subscriber, you will need to reset your password before logging in.

To reset your Member Portal password,
  • Enter your SoB member or Almanack e-mail address in the login box in the upper right-hand corner of the page
  • Click on "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to retrieve your password.

If you're signing up for a new membership, and haven't been a Sons of Ben member or Almanack subscriber before, you don't need to log in; just visit our Join the Sons of Ben page where you'll set your email address and password.

Once you've logged in:

Look at the upper right-hand corner of your screen.  You should see a dark blue box with your name and a link that says "View profile."  Click on this link to access your member profile, edit your information, or renew your Sons of Ben membership (see instructions to the right).

You will also see some additional links in the menu above, accessible only to members.  The Members-Only Area contains the SoB member forums, current ticket discount codes, and other information.

When you're finished:

If you're accessing the Member Portal from a shared computer, please log out when you're finished to keep our members-only area secure and spam-free.

How do I join the Sons of Ben?

Just click here to Join the Sons of Ben.  2012 season membership costs $40 and includes an exclusive member scarf (while supplies last).  Or sign up for free email updates from the Sons of Ben.

How do I renew my membership?

To renew your Sons of Ben membership for the 2012 season, you first need to log in to the Member Portal, using the login box in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.  If this is your first time logging into the Member Portal, follow the directions in the left-hand column to set your SoB password first.

Once you've logged in, you will see a link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen that says "View Profile."  Click on that link (or click here) to view your profile.

If you are a current Sons of Ben member, your membership level will be listed as "Sons of Ben Paid Member," and a button will appear allowing you to renew your membership for an additional year.

If your Sons of Ben membership has expired, your membership level will read "Sons of Ben Almanack."  Follow the instructions below to upgrade your membership from Almanack to full SoB membership.  Your former membership number and "Member Since" date should be restored.

How do I upgrade from an Almanack subscriber to a paid member?

First, follow the instructions above to retrieve your password and view your member profile.

If you are a current Almanack subscriber (or expired SoB), your membership level will be listed as "Sons of Ben Almanack."  Next to this line should be a button labeled "Change membership level."

Click on "Change membership level" and select "Sons of Ben paid member," then follow the instructions to complete the member survey and pay the membership fee.
